Tearstone Terms and Conditions

We accept the following forms of payment:

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, Check*, Cashiers Check, Money Order or Cash for local purchases.

*Merchandise paid for with personal checks or non-secured funds will not be shipped until funds have cleared. NO EXCEPTIONS

7% Sales tax is added for all Florida residents.

All orders must be pre-paid in full prior to shipping. If you are ordering an item that we do not normally stock, we may be able to drop ship the item from the manufacturer. No drop ship charges will be imposed with the exception of any Manufacturers Drop Ship Fees.

Special Orders may require a Deposit or Full Payment prior to ordering. Once a Special Order is placed they are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-CANCELABLE . NO EXCEPTIONS . Special Orders may also include extra shipping charges.  Any deposits made towards products or services not specificed or agreed upon between client and Tearstone Performance are non-refundable after 90 days.

No Returns after 30 days with the exception of Manufacturer Warranty. No returns on Special Order items or Discontinued Products or Electronics. example: Turbo Timers, Boost Controllers, Computers, Etc. A Return Authorization Form must be filled out and approved prior to shipping. Product must be sent PRE-PAID and Insured with RA# printed CLEARLY on the outside of the box. Returned products WILL be refused if an RA# is not on the box.

Warranty claims may take as long as 60 days. Tearstone Perfromance Solutions LLC. will not issue any credit until the Manufacturer receives, inspects and verifies that the product is defective. ONLY then will credit be issued. Shipping is NOT covered under warranty. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Warranty will not cover customer abuse, incorrect application, or negligence.

Restocking FeeAll returned items must be in Re-sellable conditions and will be charged a 25% Restock Fee.

Refused Orders

All Returned/Refused Shipments Will be charged a $25.00 Handling Fee and all Freight Charges.

Damage Claims

All merchandise is packed carefully and above shipping requirements before leaving the warehouse. Damaged shipments MUST be checked while in the presence of the carrier. All claims for damaged or loss goods must be made with the carrier. Keep all shipping cartons and packaging materials for the carrier inspection. Tearstone Performance Solutions, LLC. will NOT initiate any claims with the carrier. We will help with the claim by providing tracking numbers and any paperwork related to the claim.
