Camshaft install questions on 4G64 - 2007/10/31 08:05
I'm planning on installing an RPW cam I purchased used from another guy that parted out his build because he broke 2 tranny's.
Anyway, I'm trying to get all my information straight and be prepared before I go tearing out the old one and putting in the new one.
First off, what parts should I replace?
I already have:
-1 RPW Camshaft
-16 RPW springs
Am I going to need all of the stuff listed below?
-new spring retainers
-valve guides (really thinking I don't need this one)
-1 SOHC cam gear, adjustable
-spark plug seal thing...(I cannot remember the correct name)
-valve cover gasket
And, are there any cam bearings that need to be replaced?
