I took out the walbro, and hooked it up to a direct power source, to ensure that there was no other electrical problem causing this. It didn't work, it clicks and sounds like it is bound up inside. Just to ensure that this was a valid testing method, I hooked up the stock fuel pump, and it spins beautifully. It is official, I have a crap walbro fuel pump. Russ, would you please PM me, and hopefully we can work out the DOA fuel pump? Thanks. OH, and I used a voltohmmeter and made sure that there was electricity to the fuel pump, there was. It was like 11.5 volts though... I though it was supposed to be 12? Maby thats just before you get the car running... I dunno.
