Torque Convertor install - 2006/07/10 20:44 Russ,

While planning my torque convertor install (the one I havn't ordered from you yet )

The eclipse I have fun working on belongs to the wife so my projects need to get done without much delay otherwise she won't let me play with her car anymore.

To do the torque convertor install, can you please list for me anything you think I need to make sure I have on hand. I know I can get it out and back in, but what about the things that will make me have to wait because I forgot something. Gaskets, special tools, etc??

Jim

Re:Torque Convertor install - 2006/07/10 21:23 For the torque convertor install you just need a boat load of transmission fluid. I pick up that 2 gallon jug of amsoil and pour it in until it reads good on the line when the car is at operating temperature. But the torque convertor installation is really pretty easy once you either remove the engine or the transmission.

Here is documentation written by Rezlo for the Torque Convertor Installation: http://tearstone.com/shop/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=32&Itemid=6
