well, not too sure about the emissions, i live in ga, but cali has pretty stupid laws about cars, like for a while hey came out with a law where only some cold air intakes were permitted, wtf?? same thing with exhaust and stuff. im glad you going turbo, you wont regret it... i dont think emissions are too different between turbo and supercharger, they both are boost!!! and you might wanna do some research in cali, it would suck for you to move over there after puttin so much money into your car and not being able to show it off or drive it around...  i hope everything works out for you
