When modifying your car to higher levels it is always a good idea to look towards the fuel system as well. A very simple and cost effective way of increasing the fuel flow is by upgrading the fuel pump. We have selected the Walbro pump for its outstanding flow characteristics even under high fuel pressures. It flows 260 liters/hour and is a serious enhancement for those demanding the most. The factory fuel pump flows around .45 gallons/minute at 14psi of boost. This is simply not sufficient for those running elevated boost levels or those operating on upgraded CT26 or larger turbos. The Walbro pump flows more than 200% more at the lower pressures and will operate safely into the 70psi of fuel pressure range required for those boosting 20lbs or more. This is a replacement pump and is used in the factory location (inside the tank).
