Method of Payment

We accept payments in the form of Paypal transactions which require a Paypal account.

*Merchandise paid for with personal checks or non-secured funds will not be shipped until funds have cleared. NO EXCEPTIONS

All orders must be pre-paid in full prior to shipping. If you are ordering an item that we do not normally stock, we may be able to drop ship the item from the manufacturer. No drop ship charges will be imposed with the exception of any Manufacturers Drop Ship Fees.

Refund Policy
Absolutely no refunds, all sales are final.

Refused Orders
All Returned/Refused Shipments Will be charged a $25.00 Handling Fee and all Freight Charges.

Damage Claims
All merchandise is packed carefully and above shipping requirements before leaving the warehouse. Damaged shipments MUST be checked while in the presence of the carrier. All claims for damaged or loss goods must be made with the carrier. Keep all shipping cartons and packaging materials for the carrier inspection. Tearstone Performance Solutions, LLC. will NOT initiate any claims with the carrier. We will help with the claim by providing tracking numbers and any paperwork related to the claim.
