Tearstone Performance

All orders must be pre-paid in full prior to shipping. If you are ordering an item that we do not normally stock, we may be able to drop ship the item from the manufacturer. No drop ship charges will be imposed with the exception of any Manufacturers Drop Ship Fees.

Special Orders may require a Deposit or Full Payment prior to ordering. Once a Special Order is placed they are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-CANCELABLE . NO EXCEPTIONS . Special Orders may also include extra shipping charges. Any deposits made towards products or services not specificed or agreed upon between client and Tearstone Performance are non-refundable after 90 days.

Return Policy
No Returns after 30 days with the exception of Manufacturer Warranty. No returns on Special Order items or Discontinued Products or Electronics. example: Turbo Timers, Boost Controllers, Computers, Etc. Refunds are issued by check only and can take up to 14 business days to be processed. Please contact us for more information regarding returns.

Warranty claims may take as long as 60 days. Tearstone Performance Solutions LLC. will not issue any credit until the manufacturer receives, inspects and verifies that the product is defective. ONLY then will credit be issued. Shipping is NOT covered under warranty. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Warranty will not cover customer abuse, incorrect application, or negligence.

Refund Policy
Absolutely no refunds on turbo kits, intercoolers, wheels, exhaust systems, downpipes, brake kits, coil over kits, special orders or electronic parts. Waivers on this policy can be reviewed on an individual basis with our management staff. Store credit can be applied on item's that are 100% not used or mounted to the vehicle. 20% restocking fee applies. A 10% cancellation fee applies to ANY cancelled order. A 25% cancellation fee applies to custom built item such as turbo kits and engine builds.

Refused Orders
All Returned/Refused Shipments Will be charged a $25.00 Handling Fee and all Freight Charges.

Damage Claims
All merchandise is packed carefully and above shipping requirements before leaving the warehouse. Damaged shipments MUST be checked while in the presence of the carrier. All claims for damaged or loss goods must be made with the carrier. Keep all shipping cartons and packaging materials for the carrier inspection. Tearstone Performance Solutions, LLC. will NOT initiate any claims with the carrier. We will help with the claim by providing tracking numbers and any paperwork related to the claim.

Any method of forced induction is sold under the provision that it is an off-road product. Please observe all local state and city laws regarding catalytic and noise ordinances for any given product we sell. We, Tearstone Performance Solutions LLC. under no circumstances assume responsibility for product owners actions or misuse of any product sold to consumers. Product owners assume complete responsibility for any purchase through Tearstone Performance Solutions LLC.
