One of the most common questions that we receive is where are the turbo kits and when are they coming out again for the Mitsubishi Eclipse. The short of it is, that we discontinued the turbo kits when our piping manufacturer frivolously spent their own company money and left us holding the bag to the tune of about $25K in customer orders. Since then we've been focused on recouping that loss and giving our customers what they were due.

After this experience, we've realigned our goals as a business to primarily become a premier expert provider of Mitsubishi aftermarket parts vendor. Essentially the end result is building a relationship with our customers that we are here as a resource for modding the performance aspect of the Mitsubishi platforms. Bottom line, for now we are moving away from selling turbo kits, but of course we can still get all the parts for the turbo kits through our various suppliers except for the piping. If the piping situation changes, we'll definitely make announcements on what becomes available.

Another aspect of the Turbo kit sales that we shy away from is the vast support which is expected from our customers or potential customer inquiries which requires us to set a higher price point that most may not agree with. Keeping our eye on the market; even used full turbo kits being resold at a fraction of the price were a hard sale to consumers for the Eclipse platform.   

In addition to parts sales we cut our graphics in house so all of our graphic vinyl sales are cut to order. This is not something we out source which is why there is a relatively quick turn around on custom orders. Optimally, we look for a .AI, .EPS for custom orders, but we can manipulate our existing graphics to your needs free of charge. The logo merchandise does not stop there; we can also do t-shirts, polos and hats for organizations as well. 

In 2007, we are focused on building our online presence through putting up more products that are available through Tearstone Performance. We've found that simply putting a list of brands out there and just asking people to call for a quote, may not be the most efficient way to do business for our online customers. This will make it easier for a sales staff to have figures ready for potential customers when they contact us without having to look up the price every time.

This year we also will focus on expanding out and getting on board offering products for all of the Mitsubishi platforms to fully maximize our presense on the web.
